About Purushotam Sharma

I started from hands-on infrastructure and DevOps engineering and gradually moved toward product ownership. That path gave me an unusual perspective: I understand how products are defined and how engineering systems are built and shipped.

Today I work as a Technical Product Manager at SellMato, where I focus on roadmap prioritization, feature definition, seller onboarding, and monetization — while staying close to engineering delivery.

I have evolved from a DevOps Engineer into a de facto Technical Product Manager through hands-on ownership of product strategy, feature planning, and PRD writing across multiple SaaS products. I combine infrastructure fluency (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs) with product judgment (roadmapping, prioritization, pricing, onboarding, booking/checkout design, and stakeholder communication). My strength is translating business requirements into clear product and technical solutions for engineering teams.
